This application does not use, access, store or share Google user data with third parties, except for Gmail addresses, which are saved in a spreadsheet solely for the purpose of this application. The collection, use, and handling of these email addresses are described in the sections below

This app wants permission to:
-See and edit your spreadsheets (including settings and metadata)
-Create new spreadsheets
-Upload and download your spreadsheets
-Organize and delete your spreadsheets
-See the names and emails of people you share your spreadsheets with
-Share and stop sharing your spreadsheets with others
-This app will be able to do the same things that you can do.
Changes made by this application will be attributed to you.
There may be sensitive information in your spreadsheets, like financial records or personal lists
When you access an educator's book/notes, before you can have the full version of the e-book, your educator must have added you to their managed spreadsheet. When you open the e-book as a student, the application reads the spreadsheet and checks whether the signed-in Google account is listed as an authorized student on the educator's spreadsheet. The spreadsheet ensures that only students of the educator can have access to the e-book.
This application accesses Gmail addresses solely to verify student authorization. When a student opens an e-book, the application reads the educator's managed spreadsheet to confirm whether the signed-in Google account is listed as an authorized student. Access to the full e-book is granted only if the student's Gmail address appears on the spreadsheet. No other Google user data is accessed or processed.
Data Usage
Gmail addresses are used exclusively to authenticate and authorize student access to e-book content. The address is read at the point of access and is not used for any other purpose, such as marketing or communication.
Data Sharing
Gmail addresses are not shared with any third party. They are stored only in the educator's managed spreadsheet, which is accessible solely to the educator.
Data Storage and Protection
Gmail addresses are stored in a Google Spreadsheet managed by the educator. Access to the spreadsheet is controlled by the educator and is not accessible to unauthorized parties.
Data Retention and Deletion
Gmail addresses are retained only for the duration of a student's enrollment in the course. Upon completion of the course, the educator manually deletes the student's Gmail address from the spreadsheet. Email addresses are not retained beyond this period and are not used for any purpose other than course access verification. Students who wish to have their email address removed before course completion may contact their educator directly to request deletion.
Should it be necessary, Notes-Library use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use Requirements.
